Returns

Return windows vary by product and supplier, ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please check the product page for the specific return period for your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@smartcasaliving.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

Important: Our products ship from our US-based suppliers. Returns should be sent to the US return address we provide - not to our Taiwan office. This ensures faster processing of your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
